Sagada Tour Guide Rate

Regulation 
  • Visitor must register at the Municipal Tourist Information Center and pay Php35.00 for the environmental fee/registration fee.
  • Mutilating, defacing and destroying of natural beauties is punishable by law and with community sanctions.
  • Observe proper waste management
  • No urinating inside the cave. 

Cave Connection
Lumiang/Burial Cave and Sumaguing/Big Cave
Last entrance to the cave : 4:00 PM
Guide Fee: Php800.00 for 2 visitor or less and Php400.00 each additional visitor
40 minutes walk from the town center to the entry point at Lumiang/Burial Cave.
At the cave entrance are piles of coffins. Deeper into the cave are awesome rock formations, some rock climbing and crawling.
The exploration usually takes about 4-5 hours, ending at Sumaguing/Big Cave
Route: Dokiw Hanging Coffins viewpoint, Lumiang/Burial Cave entry point, Sumaguing Cave Exit Point and Rice Terraces view point.
Optional: Two way transportation Php400.00

Short Course Caving
Sumaguing Cave
Last entrance to the cave: 4:00 PM
Guide Fee: Php500.00 for 4 visitors or less, Php1000.00 (2 guides) 5-8 visitors and P1500.00 (3 guides) 9-12 visitors.
An hour's walk from the town center.
The cave is one of the most frequented destination in Sagada. Remarkable rock arts, rappelling and boulder climbing are in store for brave explorers.
It would take about 1 1/2 hours to explore the cave.Route: Dokiw Hanging Coffins viewpoint, Lumiang/Burial Cave entry point, Sumaguing Cave Exit Point and Rice Terraces view point.


Balangagan Cave Splelunking Guide Fee: Php1,800.00 for 1-3 visitors.
An 1 1/2 hours from the town center.
Also known as the "Marcos Cave". It boasts of fine pure white flow stones and stunning and stunning stalactites.
Route: Dokiw Hanging Coffins viewpoint, Lumiang/Burial Cave entry point, Sumaguing Cave Exit Point and Rice Terraces view point.

WATERFALLS

Bumayeng Twin Falls Fee: Php2,500.00- 5 visitor or less (includes guide fee and packed meal)
Hike Duration: 3 hours or more (one way)
Transportation: Php650.00 (two way)
The trek to the falls starts at the drop off point in barangay Bangaan, and will pass through some rice fields, through natural trails/pathways
Bomod-Ok Fee: Php600.00- 10 visitor or less
Transportation: Php650.00 (two way vehicle hire via Aguid)Php500.00 (two way vehicle hire via Bangaan)
3 hours hike back and forth from Bangaan drop off point to the falls, passing through rice paddies and natural trails.
Pongas Fee: Php600.00- 10 visitors or less
Transportation: Php650.00 (two way vehicle hire)
Twin falls in the southern part of Sagada, it would take about an hour's hike to the site.
Bokong Fee: Php200.00- 10 visitors or less
Transportation: Php250.00 (two way vehicle hire)
One of the favorite picnic areas in central Sagada, it's swimming pool was carved by nature.

CENTRAL SAGADA ECO-TOUR- (Guide Fee: Php 600.00- 10 visitors or less ) 3 hours of loop hike Echo Valley Hanging Coffins , Sagada Underground River, St. Mary's Church, Bokong Natural Swimming Pool passing thru small river, valley/canyon, rice fields and Sagada Weaving.

ECHO VALLEY HANGING COFFINS- (Guide Fee: Php 200.00- 10 visitors or less ) a short hike to the view point and a challenging, slippery walk to have a close-up view of the coffins.

Camp by the Fire... include a Boodle Fight Dinner at any preferred campsite. Arrangements may be done at the Municipal Information Center. 
Mountain/Motor Biking- Fee: Php 1,000.00 / day (Routes: Kiltepan Bike Trail, Datacan-Palidan bike trail) 

1 day Tour for Shuttle: Php 2,200.00


Kiltepan Sunrise Leave for Kiltepan Sunrise
15 minutes drive from the town center
Transport Fee: Php500.00
The best time for sunrise viewing will be in summer. The chances of sunrise viewing is slim in cloudy weather. Aside from the magnificent sunrise, the site also offers an aerial view of rice terraces and mountain rangers.

Lake Danum/Sunset
Leave for Lake Danum at 4:30pm
20 minutes drive from the town center
Transport Fee:Php550.00
The lake is a venue of some legendary tales, which includes how Sagada got its name. Drop by the Sagada Stoneware Pottery or Sagada Weaving Center on the way to the lake.


MOUNTAIN TREKKING
 
Mt. Ampacao Traverse Guide Fee: Php800.00 -10 visitors or less
3 hours or so depending on your ability to walk on natural/mountain trails
Grassy Land / Marlboro Guide Fee: Php600.00 -10 visitors or less 

2-3 hours of back trekking. It is also a camping site and sunrise viewpoint.
Langsayan Danum Traverse Fee: Php1,000.00- 3 visitors or less
3 hours hike or more, passing through mossy and pine forest
Mt. Sisipitan Fee: Php2,000.00- each
The highest mountain in Sagada.
Mt. Polis Fee: Php1,500.00- 3 visitor or less
is nestled between Mt. Ampacao and the "Grassy Land/ Marlboro. It provides a good view of Sagada.
Sagada to Mainit Hotspring Fee: Php2,500.00- each visitor (additional fee from the hot spring to Maligcong)
travel by jeep to the municipality of Bontoc to enjoy the natural hot spring in Mainit.

REMINDER FOR CAVING:
1. Attire
  •  shirt loose t-shirt), short/loose pants
  • rubber sandals/flip-flops/rubber shoes
  • Optional:Cloves
2. No entrance to the cave after 4:00pm
3. Expect waist deep water in some parts of Sumaging Cave
4. No urinating inside the cave.
5. Observe proper waste management.
